Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. All courses, sessions and events must be booked in advance. Spaces are intentionally kept small to create a calm, supportive and personal environment for you and your baby.

bookings are non-refundable. We also understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable and busy, so we will always do our best to be as flexible and accommodating as we can where possible.

if you can no longer attend, please do let us know as soon as possible. if you or your baby are unwell, we will always try, where we can, to offer your place to someone on the waiting list or transfer your booking to a future session or course.

in the unlikely event that kin therapy needs to cancel or make significant changes, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to move your booking to another date.

when booking a multi-week course, your place is reserved for the full block. because spaces are limited, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions. where possible, we will always do our best to share any key information or guidance from the session you missed.

some courses or events require a minimum number of bookings to go ahead. if minimum numbers are not reached, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

we never want finances to be the reason a family misses out. If cost feels difficult, please do get in touch confidentially. we have a small number of bursary places available to support families most in need.
